Physiological testing

Our Physiological Testing services are designed to give athletes a detailed understanding of their performance and fitness. For cyclists, we monitor power output using the Cyclus2, alongside blood lactate levels, heart rate, and perceived exertion, with the option to measure VO2max for a comprehensive analysis. Runners can also benefit from tailored testing protocols.

Testing protocols will be adapted to your level and towards your goals as an athlete. We also offer an Elite testing protocol to establish a complete physiological profile using a protocol in 3 steps.

Based on the results, we provide precise thresholds and training zones, along with personalized advice aligned to the athlete’s goals. For those seeking structured guidance, an 8-week training plan can be created to help turn insights into progress.

Before undergoing a maximal exercise test, we recommend completing the questionnaire at http://www.sportkeuring.be or consulting a sports physician (http://www.sportartsen.be) if you have any doubts about your health. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and have no contraindications to performing a maximal effort test.
